Active Iron with Vitamin C

Iron deficiency Anaemia is a common disorder where the body is deficient in iron and can result in fatigue, dizziness and other symptoms. This can usually be corrected using Iron supplementation. There are several forms of iron, some of which can cause constipation and digestive issues. • Ferrous bisglycinate (providing 18 mg elemental Iron): 86 mg. Iron is necessary for the production of red blood cells and helps to increase energy metabolism. Ferrous bisglycinate is a gentle form of iron which is readily absorbed by the body.
• Acerola cherry (Vitamin C): 100 mg. Vitamin C improves the absorption and bioavailability of Iron and supports the immune system.

Take 1 capsule per day on an empty stomach. Avoid taking at the same time as dairy, tea, coffee or other cereals.
